Job Title: Relief Chef De Partie
Hourly Rate: £16+ per hour

We are currently seeking an experienced Chef De Partie to join the kitchen of a 14th century Manor House and wedding venue in the outskirts of Preston, Lancashire. You’ll be joining an existing kitchen brigade and will be working with fresh ingredients sourced from local suppliers to create tailored menus for functions and events. This a popular destination for weddings and other events as well as having an on-site restaurant for those visiting the grounds.
You'll be working a minimum of 40 hours over 5 days with the opportunity for overtime and will be paid for every hour you work. The hotel will pay you directly each week and will also cover a contribution towards your travelling expenses. Accommodation can be provided on site.
