We are currently seeking an experienced Chef De Partie to join the kitchen of a charming 16th Century Public House located in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. The pub has been restored back to its 16th century roots giving a cosy and rustic feel whilst surrounded by stunning views of the unfolding Yorkshire Dales. This role offers a wonderful opportunity cooking artisanal dishes using locally sourced produce from the nearby farms alongside pub classics and ever changing specials menu.
You'll be working a minimum of 40 hours over 5 days with the opportunity for overtime and will be paid directly by the site for every hour you work and will also cover a contribution towards your travelling expenses once the placement has been completed. Accommodation is provided on site for a live-in chef and is commutable should you have you're own transport.
