We are currently seeking an experienced Chef De Partie to join the kitchen of a charming 16th Century Public House located in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. The pub has been restored back to its 16th century roots giving a cosy and rustic feel whilst surrounded by stunning views of the unfolding Yorkshire Dales. This role offers a wonderful opportunity cooking artisanal dishes using locally sourced produce from the nearby farms alongside pub classics and ever changing specials menu.
You'll be working a minimum of 40 hours over 5 days with the opportunity for overtime and will be paid directly by the site for every hour you work and will also cover a contribution towards your travelling expenses once the placement has been completed. You will need your own transport to commute each day to site as accommodation is unable to be provided on site.
