We are currently seeking a Chef De Partie to join the kitchen of a 20 bedroom, 2AA Rosette hotel and restaurant in the heart of the Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire. The family run hotel has gained 2AA Rosette and prides itself on this accomplishment so Rosette experience is essential. You will be involved in creating dishes from a changing seasonal menu using fresh locally sourced ingredients.
You'll be working a minimum of 40 hours over 5 days with the opportunity for overtime and will be paid directly by the site for every hour you work and will also cover a contribution towards your travelling expenses once the placement has been completed. Accommodation is available on site but you easily accessible if you are local.
