We are currently seeking an experienced Chef De Partie to join the kitchen of a 17 bedroom, 2AA Rosette hotel based in the picturesque outskirts of Abersoch, North Wales. This family run hotel boasts views of an exceptional coastline, coves, beaches, headlands & bays whilst also not too from Snowdonia.
As a Chef De Partie, you will be creating dishes from a fantastic menu using locally sourced ingredients to create artisan dishes to a high standard. The hotel prides itself on having the Rosettes, so having Rosette experience is essential and pastry experience would be advantageous.
You'll be working a minimum of 40 hours over 5 days with the opportunity for overtime and will be paid directly by the site for every hour you work and will also cover a contribution towards your travelling expenses once the placement has been completed. Accommodation is available on site but you easily accessible if you are local.
