What We're Looking For
- MUST HAVE extensive proven experience working in 2AA Rosette kitchens
- Confident leading service and supporting the Head Chef
- Strong fresh food and fine dining experience
- Calm under pressure with excellent organisational skills
- Reliable, professional and available for the duration of the placement
