We are currently looking for an experienced Chef de Partie for a temporary agency placement at a stunning country house hotel in the Lake District.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong CDP looking for a focused contract in a beautiful setting, working with a professional kitchen team and quality fresh food.
The Role
- Running your section confidently during service
- Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality dishes
- Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards
- Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy periods
- Assisting with prep and service across the kitchen when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a fresh food kitchen
- Reliable, organised, and able to work well under pressure
- Good attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Available for the full contract period
Package
- £17 per hour
