We're currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to join a busy kitchen in Poulton-le-Fylde for the summer season.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a well-established, high-volume venue with a large, fresh menu. As the business heads into its busiest period, they're looking for an additional chef to support the existing brigade throughout the summer.

- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie
- Confident working in a high-volume kitchen
- Reliable, organised and able to work well under pressure
