We're looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our agency team for a fantastic summer opportunity near Morecambe.
This is an excellent chance to secure regular work throughout the summer, covering holiday leave in a busy and professional kitchen.
What We Offer
- £18 per hour (PAYE)
- 12:00pm – 9:00pm shifts
- Weekly pay
- Ongoing summer shifts with regular hours
- Immediate start available

The Role
- Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality food
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety
- Supervising and supporting the kitchen team when required
- Helping ensure smooth service during busy periods
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef
- Confident working in a fast-paced kitchen
- Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred)
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
- Own transport is beneficial due to the location
