This is a relief Chef De Partie job, located in the heart of Skipton working at an independent award winning hotel with excellent transport links (which is rare in Yorkshire). The hotel prides itself on ‘doing simplicity well’ and is well known in the area for its traditional Yorkshire Breakfasts, Sunday lunches and traditional afternoon teas. The team are looking for an experienced Chef De Partie to join its existing brigade for the busy upcoming festive season and beyond. You will work with fresh seasonal produce on your own section, creating dishes for the hotels on-site restaurant and will be involved in cooking for weddings and functions which are also extremely popular at the hotel.
You’ll be working a minimum of 45 hours per week with the opportunity for overtime throughout the Christmas period and will be paid double time if you choose to work on Bank Holidays. Accommodation can be provided on site for the duration of the contract and if you don’t want to head home on your days off, Skipton itself is a quaint market town which offers an abundance of things to do and places to explore!
