This upmarket, canal side pub is looking for an experienced Chef to support their brigade until Christmas. Think of a fast paced but friendly vibe, cask ales and a huge collection of whiskeys behind the bar and traditional British pub grub, served well and you will get an idea of what the pub and its team are like. If you have a passion for working with local ingredients and preparing, cooking and presenting them in a modern way, you’ll feel right at home here. The pubs menus are made up of classic British dishes combined with some non-traditional influences from other parts of the world and specials are added daily.
You will be working a minimum of 40 hours, over 5 days with the opportunity for overtime and payment for every hour that you work. This specific job does not have accommodation on site so would require a Chef who has his own transport and lives in the area or is easily commutable to Chester.
