This upmarket, centrally located pub is looking for an experienced Chef to support their brigade over Christmas and beyond. Think of a fast paced but friendly vibe, cask ales and a huge collection of whiskeys behind the bar and traditional British pub grub, served well and you will get an idea of what the pub and its team are like. If you have a passion for working with local ingredients and preparing, cooking and presenting them in a modern way, you’ll feel right at home here. The pubs menus are made up of classic British dishes combined with some non-traditional influences from other parts of the world and specials are added daily.
You will be working a minimum of 40 hours, over 5 days with the opportunity for overtime and payment for every hour that you work. Ideally, you will be commutable to Barnet however the pub does have on-site accommodation if needed.
