Job Title: Senior Chef De Partie / Junior Sous
Hourly Rate: £16+ per hour

We are looking for a senior Chef De Partie or Junior Sous to fill a gap in the kitchen of a busy market town hotel not too far from the Suffolk coast. At this modern inn which hosts ten boutique bedrooms, a bustling bar and a real Suffolk food experience, you’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes from it's Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner seasonal menus.
You'll be working a minimum of 40 hours over 5 days with the opportunity for overtime and will be paid weekly basis for every hour you work directly by our client. Accommodation is available for this role or if you prefer, you can commute to and from work each day if you live locally.
