Job Title: Sous Chef
Hourly Rate: £17+ per hour
Job location: Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire

We are looking for a Sous Chef to step into the kitchen of a busy country village inn in Huntingdon. As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and supervising the small kitchen staff. You will be joining a site that focusses on locally sourced produce to create a mix of traditional British classics along side more innovative dishes for it’s guests.
You will be working a minimum of 40 hours over 5 days with potential overtime and will be paid for every hour you work directly through the client. There is accommodation on site for those wanting to travel to and stay at the inn, but you are welcome to travel to and from site if you are local.
