Relief Chef de Partie – Temporary Assignment (Near Mold, North Wales)
Are you a skilled Chef de Partie looking for flexible work with a reputable temporary chef agency? We’re seeking an experienced Relief Chef de Partie to join our team for an ongoing assignment at a popular, high-quality pub restaurant located just outside Mold, Flintshire. You will be starting on 17th December and working through until the new year. If worked, Christmas Day and Boxing Day are paid as double time.
What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting a busy kitchen team in delivering fresh, seasonal dishes

Running your own section confidently during service

Maintaining high kitchen standards, food safety, and consistency

Assisting with prep and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality pub, restaurant, or hotel kitchen

Ability to hit the ground running in a new environment

Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude

Own transport is desirable due to the rural location and no accommodation is provided
