This high end restaurant located just outside of Clitheroe, in the heart of the Ribble Valley, are looking for a strong, experienced Chef de Partie to support their business whilst they recruit the ideal permanent Chef. Their current menu consists of modern British dishes and the restaurant prides itself on using the freshest locally sourced produce from the surrounding area.

No accommodation is provided so all applicants will need to be able to commute to and from work on a daily basis.


Your new contract will involve;

  • Working Thursday to Sunday each week, with a minimum of 40 hours over 4 days
  • Managing an existing brigade of four, allowing the owner to step out of the kitchen and focus on wider business activities
  • Taking full responsibility for health and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen


About you: 

  • You will have a minimum of 3 years' experience at Head Chef level, managing a brigade and have a background working with accolades and high volume
  • You will have extensive experience working with fresh produce
  • You will come from a restaurant background, previously working with accolades but also have experience
