We’re seeking an experienced Relief Chef de Partie to support a busy, well-established venue throughout their peak season from now until January 2026.
You’ll need to be confident working in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen and comfortable with fresh food preparation and service. This role is ideal for a chef who can step straight in, maintain strong standards, and work smoothly within an existing brigade.
What you need:
- Proven CDP experience in busy, quality kitchens
- Strong fresh food background
- Ability to hit the ground running with minimal guidance
- Must be commutable – no accommodation available
- Reliable, professional, calm under pressure
What’s on offer:
