Fancy working on one of the Channel Islands for the Summer? We are looking for a Chef De Partie and Sous Chef to join an existing CJUK Head Chef who is currently launching a new menu and food concept for our client at a busy Bar and Bistro in Jersey.

The site is starting to serve food 7 days per week, initially across breakfast and lunch service but has plans to extend their offering to the evenings too. Located in a busy tourist hotspot, business is booming and this Summer is set to be busier than ever with staycations still firmly on the cards.


Your new contract will involve:

  • Working a minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Working within a small existing brigade alongside other CJUK Chefs
  • Being responsible for health and hygiene standards on your section and in your fridges
  • On site accommodation is available and travel costs to the island are covered by the client


About you: 

  • You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience at either CDP or Sous Chef level
  • You will have experience working with fresh produce and be comfortable working at volume
  • You will be looking for a new challenge and be happy to spend the next 2-3months on Jersey
