RELIEF CHEF DE PARTIE - SANDBACH - £13 TO £15 PER HOUR
A grade 1 listed country pub in Sandbach, Cheshire is looking for a strong Chef De Partie to support their existing kitchen brigade over the festive season.
The pub serves traditional British classics to a high standard and uses fresh locally sourced produce and artisan suppliers where possible. The pub can get particularly busy, especially at weekends, so being comfortable with volume to a must. Our Chefs describe the team there as, 'welcoming, friendly and full of banter', so this role would suit a CDP who wants to work in a professional kitchen but doesn't take themselves too seriously.
Your new contract will involve;
- Working a minimum of 40 hours, over 5 days with the opportunity for overtime
- Working within an existing brigade, running your own section within the kitchen
- Being responsible for health and hygiene standards on your section and in your fridges
About you:
- You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience at CDP level in a similar environment
- You will ideally have experience working with fresh produce
- You will have worked on a C&B basis and have experience catering for functions
