RELIEF SOUS CHEF - SOLIHULL - FROM £15 PER HOUR
This cosy Country Inn situated in the heart of Solihull are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie or Sous Chef to join their team as soon as possible and on an ongoing basis.
Their menu consists of traditional and seasonal dishes that are made up of fresh and locally sourced ingredients.
No accommodation is provided so the ideal candidate will need to be able to commute.
Your new contract will involve;
- Working a minimum of 40 hours, over 5 days with the opportunity for overtime
- Working within an existing brigade, running your own section within the kitchen
- Being responsible for health and hygiene standards on your section and in your fridges
About you:
- You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience at CDP level in a similar environment
- You will ideally have experience working with fresh produce
- You will have worked on a C&B basis and have experience catering for functions
