We are looking for a Chef De Partie to support a busy kitchen near Blackburn during the festive period. The site is well-known for its wonderful views across the local countryside and is in the heart of the village. Their food is all homemade and ingredients are locally sourced wherever possible. The menu offers choice for all, making them the perfect place to eat with family or friends.
All ready booking up fast, the site is looking for additional support to produce their normal al a carte dishes alongside their festive menu during December to their regulars and those travelling from a bit further afar. You will be paid weekly for every hour you work and get a daily contribution towards your travel. You will need your own transport to get to and from site each day as accommodation isn’t provided.
