January can be a quiet month in the hospitality industry. With this in mind, would you like to start a contract in the new year that guarantees work through both January and February? 

This busy family run pub situated in a small market town in Cambridgeshire is looking for a strong Sous Chef to support their business for the first two months of 2023 whilst their current permanent Chef goes home to spend some time with his family. The pub is a favourite with locals and walkers alike and serves a menu of traditional British classics. As expected in a pub environment, this position involves a lot of grill and fryer work and you must be comfortable working with a mixture of fresh and frozen produce.

You will be working a minimum of 45hours over 5 days and will be paid £20ph, directly by the client. The owners can also offer accommodation on site in a room above the pub and transport links to and from the site are good.  

This a great opportunity to ensure that you have work through the winter months. Other work generally picks up from March for the Spring and Summer months so we will have lots of work to follow on from this role if you wish to be kept busy year round!
