Job Title: Head Chef, West Midlands

We are looking for an experienced relief Head Chef to join an existing, established brigade in the kitchen of a small cosy pub in Solihull. Their menu focusses on pub classics with seasonal specials. You’ll be responsible for running the kitchen and supporting the brigade in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes including small plates, signature dishes, menu classics, puddings and Sunday roasts.
This position is starting as soon as possible. The client is part of a larger group that we have a longstanding relationship with so if you enjoy the companies culture and vibe, there are definitely further opportunities for work within other sites. You'll be working a minimum of 40 hours over 5 days with the opportunity for overtime and will be paid weekly on a PAYE basis for every hour you work and in addition, will accrue holiday pay to allow paid time off when needed. You will need your own transport to get to and from site each day as accommodation isn’t provided.
