DUTY MANAGER - SHEPPERTON ON THAMES, SHEPPERTON - £14 PER HOUR
This busy 50 bedroom hotel which is located within one of the most beautiful riverside locations on the Thames is looking for an experienced Duty Manager to support their existing team for the remainder of the year.
The hotel offers a wide range of freshly prepared, locally sourced food providing traditional fine dining with a modern twist. They welcome residents and non-residents for that special meal out, few settings can rival the wood panelled restaurant providing a charming and relaxed environment.
In addition, the hotel caters for several weddings, conferences and events per week for up to 140 guests.
Accommodation is available on site and you will receive travel contributions.
Your new contract will involve;
- Working a minimum of 50 hours, over 5 days with the opportunity for overtime
- Working within an existing brigade and managing the Front of House team.
- Working between the restaurant and conference and banqueting kitchens, catering for hotel guests in addition to weddings, functions and events.
About you:
- You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Duty Manager.
- You will ideally have experience within a similar environment.
- You will have worked on a C&B basis and have experience catering for functions
