We are looking for a strong Chef De Partie to support a busy food led pub in a small town in Mold, Flintshire.
This traditional country pub prides itself on giving customers a warm, friendly welcome and serves a changing menu of British produce, 7 days per week. With Spring almost upon us, the pub is fortunate to have its own gardens and terrace which attracts a variety of customers from those seeking a lighter bite with a pint to families and friends looking to meet up and indulge in 3 courses over a glass of wine!
This role starts as soon as possible and is an on-going contract, whilst the client recruits. We would be looking to initially book you in for a period of 4 weeks however the contract will most likely be extended and there is also the opportunity for further work within the wider group.
