Hourly Rate: £16ph + travel contribution

This Chef de Partie job based in Uxbridge is located within a popular country inn surrounded by spectacular views. Despite the good old British weather, this pub has a garden kitchen and bar (alongside the inside one) and appeals to both locals and walkers who visit the area, often with their furry friends in tow! They are looking for a strong Chef de Partie to play a key role in supporting their long-standing brigade as soon as possible. You’ll be working with a modern British menu covering a range of light bites through to hearty dishes. If you have a passion for working with quality fresh ingredients and preparing, cooking and presenting them in a modern way, you’ll feel right at home here. Their menus are made up of classic British dishes complemented by more exotic influences from other parts of the world and are tweaked on a daily basis.
You will be working a minimum of 40 hours, over 5 days with the opportunity for overtime and payment for every hour that you work.
