Job Title: Chef De Partie, Mold
Hourly Rate: £17 per hour

We are looking for a Chef De Partie to support the current brigade of a small, cosy pub on the outskirts on Mold, Flintshire. The pub’s rustic and homely feel matches its ever-changing seasonal menu and you will be cooking a variety of dishes from hearty pub classics to lite bites using a mix of fresh and frozen ingredients.
This role starts on 29th March and is for a month initially with the possibility that this position will be extended. The pub is also part of a large group so if you enjoy working within the company, there will certainly be an opportunity for further work in the future. You will be working a minimum of 40 hours over 5 days with potential overtime and will be paid for every hour you work in addition to accruing holiday pay and being paid a contribution towards your daily travelling expenses. On that note, you will need own transport to commute to and from site daily as the pub cannot offer accommodation.
