Job Title: Relief Head Chef
Hourly Rate: From £22 per hour

We are looking for a Head Chef to lead a kitchen of a food-led pub and hotel in rural Preston, Lancashire. Offering a contemporary stay in its the 16 bed hotel you will be heading up an existing kitchen brigade and be responsible for the running of the busy kitchen, dealing with suppliers, managing stock. They use a mix of fresh and frozen ingredients to cook a variety of British classics along with small plates and lite bites during lunch and evening service.
You'll be working a minimum of 40 hours over 5 days with potential for overtime and will be paid for every hour you work. This role is an on-going position, starting as soon as possible. Accommodation is provided for live in or if you would prefer, you can travel to and from site each day with a contribution towards your daily travelling expenses.
