Job Title: Relief Chef De Partie
Hourly Rate: From £16+ per hour
Job Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire

We are looking for a relief Chef De Partie to join the brigade of a riverside pub in St Albans. You will be working as part of the existing kitchen brigade using a mix of fresh and frozen ingredients to cook a variety of dishes from small plates, lite bites and pub classics as well as a variety of Sunday Roasts and British desserts. You will also be cooking on the outdoor barbeque when the sun is beaming down over the large grounds.
You'll be working a minimum of 40 hours over 5 days with potential for overtime and will be paid for every hour you work. The pub is part of a larger group that we have a longstanding relationship with and the entire business embraces temporary staff and the kitchen team are really appreciative of the support. The group uses us for Chefs year round so there are always other opportunities available in the group and good Chefs are regularly requested back!
Accommodation is provided for live in or if you would prefer, you can travel to and from site each day with a contribution towards your daily travelling expenses.
