With just over 12 months under new ownership, our client is an exciting venue with big plans. They pride themselves on using fresh, seasonal ingredients – with a real passion for foraging and showcasing the best of what our local landscape has to offer.
What they’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready for the next step
- Strong background in Conference & Banqueting catering
- A creative approach to menu development, celebrating fresh, seasonal produce
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, where front of house and kitchen are all one team and is excited to grow with the business
- Passion, ambition, and a hands-on attitude
