HEAD CHEF - RICKINGHALL, SUFFOLK - RATE NEGOTIABLE
Our client's stunning and cosy Country Pub located in a peaceful village in Rickinghall are looking for an experienced Head Chef to start as soon as possible.
They proudly serve a wide range of delicious dishes from their A La Carte menu such as sandwiches, light bites and other classic British dishes. As well as their seasonal daily specials!
They welcome locals and visitors, as well as their hotel residents and serve their food to 8 newly refurbished Ensuite rooms, the cosy Bar Area and the function room for Private Dining, Parties, Buffets and Business Meetings.
This client may also accept CDP and Sous Chef if available.
Your new contract will involve;
- Working a minimum of 40 hours, over 5 days with the opportunity for overtime
- Working within an existing brigade, running your own section within the kitchen
- Being responsible for health and hygiene standards on your section and in your fridges
About you:
- You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Head Chef level in a similar environment
- You will ideally have experience working with fresh produce
- You will have worked on a C&B basis and have experience catering for functions
- You will need to be commutable as there is no accommodation provided
