We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to support a small pub group across two of their sites in Hampshire. As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking and supervising the kitchen staff across the two locations. You’ll be joining a group that prides itself on using the freshest, locally sourced produce from artisan suppliers in the area and that thinks outside the box to create an innovative yet manageable menu which can be executed in their relatively small kitchens.
You'll be working a minimum of 40 hours over 5 days with potential for overtime and will be paid for every hour you work. This role is an on-going position. Accommodation is provided, but having a car is essential as you will be travelling between the two sites.
