Job Title: Head Chef, Hampshire
Hourly Rate: From £19+ per hour

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to support a small pub group at one of their sites in Hampshire. As a Head Chef, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking and supervising the kitchen staff. You’ll be joining a group that prides itself on using the freshest, locally sourced produce from artisan suppliers in the area and that thinks outside the box to create an innovative yet manageable menu which can be executed in their relatively small kitchens.
You'll be working a minimum of 40 hours over 5 days with potential for overtime and will be paid for every hour you work. This role is initially a weeks holiday cover but potential opportunities within the group are likely. Having a car is essential as public transport is minimal and there is no accommodation.
