We are currently seeking a skilled Chef De Partie to join the kitchen team of a charming 21 bedroom inn and wedding venue situated in Lancaster. This relief position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a picturesque setting, surrounded by stunning panoramic views. The inn prides itself on offering a blend of rustic and modern dining experiences.
As part of the kitchen brigade, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for both resident and non-resident guests. The kitchen takes pride in using locally sourced, fresh seasonal ingredients to create a variety of Lancashire-inspired dishes featured on the lunch and dinner menus.
You'll be working a minimum of 40 hours over 5 days with potential for overtime and will be paid for every hour you work. This role is an on-going position, starting as soon as possible. The hotel caters predominately restaurant goers and staying guests but is also a great location for weddings and events. The suite can accommodate up to 120 and the hotel is well known for both its lavish weddings and smaller, intimate events.
You must have your own transport and be within a commutable distance to get to and from site each day for work as no accommodation is available.
