Hourly Rate: £18-22k

CJUK are looking for a self-motivated and well organised individual to join our existing team here in Blackburn as a Recruitment Assistant. You will support one of our experienced Senior Consultants, helping to find and place Chefs in jobs at well known establishments across the country whilst learning what it takes to become a great recruiter!

Although attention to detail is imperative, your role will involve so much more than admin, making this the perfect position for somebody who loves to build relationships! You will spend a lot of time on the phone, speaking to candidates and clients and as the day to day job is varied and often fast paced, you will need to be adaptable and receptive to change. No specific previous experience is necessary as full training will be given but a background in customer service or the hospitality sector would be advantageous.

As a team, we tend to work together from our modern, state of the art offices two days per week, with the other three spent working remotely from home which we feel is the perfect balance!
