We're looking for a talented and reliable Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at a beautiful country house-style pub in the heart of Cumbria.

The Role
- Running your designated section during service
- Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to specification
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards
- Supporting the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
- Assisting with stock control and daily prep
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie
- Passion for fresh food and quality cooking
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy service environment
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, professional and team-focused attitude
