CJUK are currently recruiting for an experienced Temporary Chef de Partie to support the kitchen team at a busy coastal hotel, restaurant, and events venue on an ongoing basis.
This well-established hospitality venue is known for its popular food offering, relaxed atmosphere and busy function trade, making it an excellent opportunity for chefs who enjoy working in a fast-paced fresh food environment.
What’s on offer:
- £17 per hour
- Paid weekly via the CJUK payroll
- Holiday pay accrued in addition to hourly pay
- Contribution towards travel costs
- Once registered, ongoing temporary work with regular hours available
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience working as a Chef de Partie in a fresh food kitchen
- Be confident managing their own section during busy services
- Work well under pressure in a high-volume environment
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and presentation standards
- Be reliable, flexible, and ready to start quickly
This role would suit a chef looking for flexible temporary work within a professional and friendly kitchen team. The client is ideally looking for a chef who can commute to and from work daily so own transport and close proximity to site is preferred however they can offer basic accommodation if needed.
