INTERIM CHEF DE PARTIE - WORDSLEY, WEST MIDLAND - £13 TO £15 PER HOUR
Part of a group, this busy gastro pub is looking for an experienced CDP to cover a vacancy in their kitchen whilst they recruit a new permanent team member.
The site is popular in the local area and prides itself on using fresh, locally sourced produce where possible.
This opportunity would suit an experienced CDP who is looking for work through until the new year.
Your new contract will involve;
- Working a minimum of 50 hours, over 5 days with the opportunity for overtime
- Working within an existing brigade of four, running your own section within the kitchen
- Being responsible for health and hygiene standards on your section and in your fridges
About you:
- You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience at CDP level in a professional kitchen
- You will ideally have experience working with fresh produce in a high volume environment
