We’re looking for an experienced Head Chef to join a lovely pub kitchen in Ormskirk on a single-handed basis.
This is a great opportunity for a confident, hands-on chef who is comfortable taking responsibility for the kitchen and producing high-quality, fresh food to a consistently good standard. The menu focuses on fresh ingredients and quality pub food, so we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their cooking and can work independently.

- Mondays and Tuesdays off
- From £19 per hour
- Paid directly
- No accommodation provided
- Must be able to drive and commute to the venue
Ideal Candidate
- Experienced Senior Chef or Head Chef
- Confident working single-handed
- Strong all-round cooking skills
- Comfortable managing the kitchen independently
- Experience working with fresh food and quality pub-style dishes
- Reliable, organised and able to maintain high standards
- A strong chef who can confidently take full responsibility for the kitchen
