We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Temporary Relief Sous Chef to join our restaurant team in Greater Manchester.

Position Details:
- Role: Temporary Relief Sous Chef
- Location: Greater Manchester
- Rate: £18 per hour
- Duration: Temporary / relief cover (with potential for extension depending on business needs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Assisting with menu preparation and service
- Leading the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy service environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Up-to-date food hygiene certification
- Flexible and reliable with a professional attitude
