We are looking for a Chef De Partie to support the current brigade of cosy pub on the outskirts on Stourbridge. The pub’s rustic and homely feel matches its ever-changing seasonal menu and you will be cooking a variety of dishes from hearty pub classics to lite bites using a mix of fresh and frozen ingredients.
This British country pub within the West Midlands are looking for a strong Chef de Partie to play a key role in supporting their long-standing brigade as soon as possible. Their menus have a spine of modern British cookery and a range of hearty dishes to light bites using a mix of quality fresh ingredients and some frozen and prepared menu items. This role would best suit an experienced CDP with experience working in a busy environment and comfortable working with large volumes.
The pub is also part of a large group so if you enjoy working within the company, there will certainly be an opportunity for further work in the future. You will be working a minimum of 40 hours over 5 days with potential overtime and will be paid for every hour you work in addition to accruing holiday. Accommodation is available but is not on site so having your own car to travel from the accommodation to site each day is necessary.
