Job Title: Head Chef
Hourly Rate: From £20+ per hour

We are looking for a relief Head Chef to fill a gap in the kitchen of a hotel based in Yorkshire surrounded by beautiful countryside and stunning panoramic views of the Yorkshire Dales. The hotel offers a rustic classic dishes using locally sourced ingredients. You’ll be responsible for running the kitchen and supporting the brigade whilst offering dining to both resident and non-residents who chose to dine at the hotel.
You'll be working a minimum of 40 hours over 5 days with potential for overtime and will be paid for every hour you work. This role is an on-going position, starting as soon as possible. The hotel caters predominately restaurant goers and staying guests. Accommodation is available, but you must your own transport to get to site or be within a commutable distance to get to and from site each day. You will also be paid directly by site.
