Job Title: Chef De Partie, Bodfari
Hourly Rate: £16+ per hour

We are looking for a Chef De Partie to support the current brigade of a pub nestled in the small town of Bodfari. The pub’s is steeped in history and has stuck to its rustic aesthetic. Their menus have a spine of modern British cookery and a range of hearty dishes to light bites using a mix of quality fresh ingredients and some frozen and prepared menu items. This role would best suit a CDP with experience of working within a busy environment and comfortable working with large volumes.
The pub is also part of a large group so if you enjoy working within the company, there will certainly be an opportunity for further work in the future. You will be working a minimum of 40 hours over 5 days with potential overtime and will be paid for every hour you work in addition to accruing holiday. Accommodation is available but is not on site so having your own car to travel from the accommodation to site each day is necessary.
