Job Title: Relief Chef De Partie
Hourly Rate: £16+ per hour

This is a relief Chef job for an experienced Chef De Partie to work in a 72 bedroom, comfortable hotel overlooking the Lytham promenade, offering relaxed leisure facilities and entertainment on site during peak times. With a homely feel to the hotel and a friendly welcome from staff themselves, you'll be joining the existing brigade cooking a variety of dishes from breakfast in a buffet-style service for it's staying guests to lunch and dinner in their restaurant.
You'll be working a minimum of 40 hours over 5 days covering breakfast with the opportunity for overtime and will be paid for every hour you work. The hotel welcomes a mixture of corporate and leisure guests in addition to catering for weddings, functions and events for up 120. The hotel cooks predominantly fresh produce but buys some items in for ease and consistency. You must have your own transport and be within a commutable distance to get to and from site each day for work.
