Job Title: Cook, Lancaster

We are looking for an experienced Cook to cover a challenging role at a residential care facility in Lancaster. Although you won’t be in direct in contact with the patients, the facility supports individuals with looking for treatment with substance addiction. In the kitchen you’ll be cooking with a mixture of fresh and frozen ingredients to cater for individuals with a variety of dietary requirements and needs. You are only required your chef whites and safety shoes as any equipment will be provided on site.
You must hold an enhanced DBS check. You will be working a minimum of 40 hours over 5 days, including weekends with the opportunity for overtime and will be paid for every hour you work. Anybody working on site will require a full DBS check and this can be provided via our in-house team. The site is easily accessible if you have your own transport and you will be required to commute to and from work daily. This role starts on 24th June 2024.
