Job Title: Single Handed Chef
Hourly Rate: £18 per hour

This is a relief Single Handed Chef role, located Wensleydale at the heart of Yorkshire Dales National Park working at a family run, independent bed and breakfast in a perfect location for exploring the southern dales. The hotel prides itself on ‘doing simplicity well’ and you will be working with fresh seasonal produce creating dishes for the hotels on-site restaurant’s breakfast and evening menus. With it being a single-handed role, you will be running all aspects of the kitchen.
You'll be working a minimum of 40 hours over 5 days with potential for overtime and will be paid for every hour you work. This role is an on-going position, starting at the beginning of September. The hotel caters predominately restaurant goers and staying guests but is also caters for for weddings and events. Accommodation is available to live in, or if you are local to the area, you can commute to and from site each day for work.
