We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a busy pub in Caernarfon.
This is a great opportunity for a confident and reliable chef who is used to working in a fast-paced kitchen and handling high volumes of covers. The pub is busy, so you will need to be comfortable working under pressure, keeping up with a fast service and maintaining good food standards throughout.

About You
We are looking for a CDP with previous experience in a busy pub, restaurant or hotel kitchen. You will need to be confident handling a high number of covers, working at pace and staying organised throughout a busy service.
Reliability is important, as is the ability to work well as part of a team and remain calm under pressure.
