We are currently looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our relief team for an ongoing temporary assignment in a busy pub kitchen throughout the summer.

The role:
You'll be working as part of an experienced kitchen brigade, preparing and cooking fresh food to a high standard while maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient section. You'll need to be comfortable working in fast-paced kitchens, delivering quality food during busy service periods, and supporting the wider team when required.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie
- Ability to run your own section confidently
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety
- A positive attitude and a reliable work ethic
- Flexibility to travel and stay away, with accommodation provided
- Own chef whites, knives, and safety shoes preferred
