We’re currently recruiting experienced Head Chefs and Sous Chefs for temporary cover at a busy hotel in Skipton, with work available across the coming weeks and into December.
This is a lovely, predominantly fresh-food establishment which is expecting to be particularly busy as the Christmas period approaches. We’re looking for experienced chefs who can confidently step into a busy kitchen, maintain high standards and work independently.
Role Details
- Temporary cover available across several weeks
- Head Chef – £20 per hour
- Sous Chef – £19 per hour
- Paid direct
- Predominantly fresh food
- Busy hotel kitchen with a strong lead-up to Christmas
- Full-week blocks of work available
- No accommodation provided
- Chefs must be able to drive and reliably commute to Skipton
Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for experienced Head Chefs and Sous Chefs with a strong background in hotels, restaurants, pubs or similar busy kitchen environments.
You’ll need to be confident taking responsibility in the kitchen, maintaining food quality and standards, and working effectively during busy service periods.
This would suit chefs looking for full weeks of work and the opportunity to pick up some good cover in the run-up to Christmas.
