We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Sous Chef to join a lovely hotel kitchen near Blackburn and Accrington on an ongoing basis.
This is a great opportunity for a confident Sous Chef who enjoys working in a busy hotel environment and can support the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
Role Details
- £18 per hour plus accrued holiday pay
- Weekly pay through PAYE
- Ongoing work with regular shifts
- Lovely hotel setting
- Supporting the Head Chef with the smooth running of the kitchen
- Helping maintain high food standards and kitchen organisation
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience working as a Sous Chef
- Confident supporting and leading a kitchen team
- Able to work well in a busy environment
- Reliable, organised and passionate about food
- Must be able to drive, as no accommodation is available
